"STANDARD"

omg!! already one month plus never update my blog.. :-P This is my very first time to write my blog in English.. sure a lot of ppl will suffer from this. xD Anyways, dun care so much la.. as long as i "song"! coz this is my blog. hahaha.. (feel like chatting in msn) haha..

This time, i am going to discuss a topic about "standard"! Dunno why, in our daily life a lot of people like to set a standard for everything! For example: standard of bf, standard of attitude, standard of moral, standard of  "high class" and etc. I have no idea who are the first person to set this stupid standard, and i have no idea how he or she evaluate this so-called "standard"! Dun you feel that is too subjective? Dun you feel this so-called "standard" will make a lot of suffer and stress?

However, some educators or philosophers might argue that when you educate someone, you need to have a standard to guide them, give them a path to follow with, therefore, these people think that everything need to be standardized! ok, this statement may still can be accepted. BUT do they really update it when the era is changing? eg: is the moral standard still the same between the year 1800 and 2010?

Same thing happen to some religions.. One of my fren told me, most of the thing in religion are not changeable, mean if the religion started at year 1400, their members still need to obey all the rules even they live at 2010. hahaha.. I got another Christian fren told me that, everything in bible is right! Then i ma ask why? he said "coz GOD said so! no why!" and he continued with "as a human have no right to suspect what god said!" haha... i dunno.. i am a free thinker and no religion background.. But i totally not agree that we shouldnt think "why"! if your mum tell u that dun eat fruit and that is no reason for it! will u listen to your mum? some people do, coz they think their mum is always care for them and sure have some reasons behind to explain why their mum do so...haha.. but i am sure that i will never become those person!

Can you imagine that if whole world also stop thinking of "why"! Then what would happen? :-P
Anyways, what so important about the answer of why? For me, that is the answer to convince myself; that is the answer to stop my curiosity and make me believe on it! Therefore, whenever i meet a person tell me that i need to be... (bla bla bla..) i will react like "HELLO!" =.=!! unless that person can convince me which a strong answer! Yesterday, my housemate also told me a short story about her fren... a gal who set a lot of standard for her bf! For example: guy have to pay for the gal all the time, guy have to be ready for her all the time, guy have to be caring and call her whenever he free or not free.. guy should be able to afford all her materialism desire and so on...And then the guy really try his very best to achieve the standard, in order to maintain the relationship. I was like  =.=!!! haha... luckily at the end the guy also feel tired to do so and that guy is not that rich also. (pity him la) But the gal say: "if u r not good enough, i will find a richer guy" (even that she said it out with a joking way, but do you think she mean it? )

This stupid "standard" thing happen everywhere la. Guy is being educated that never cry! but why? in order to build the masculine image? most of the gals told me that gal shouldn't take initiative in propose or confession! but why? maybe coz of the culture influence. But are those historical rules still useful in 2010? I dunno, that is a lot of bias happen everywhere, even in my blog... So as a intelligent human, we shouldn't just believe what others say! We should really think, we should really analyze, we shouldn't just obey it!

Finally my writing come to the end, i should apologize 1st if i do offense someone.. :-P As usual, i would like to share some of my words here.
